So that’s; members, sponsors, the ECB, community groups and their funders and the club’s staff.
Whatever your role at the club you’ll know that The Outlaws won the Yorkshire Bank 40 at Lord’s. But if you work in the Community Trust section of the club will you know that you work at the top ranked cricket ground for spectator experience in England & Wales. If you have responsibility for catering will you know that the MCC awarded Trent Bridge Community Trust the Best Community Scheme prize. And so it goes on.
We would always argue that staff are a crucial part of any brand. If they buy into the ethos and the future direction then the brand will succeed.
